Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and have their original tags attached.

Return shipping

Rhare covers return shipping. Once your return is approved, we'll email you a prepaid return label. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your item, we'll let you know if your refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days after we receive and inspect the item. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the original for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.

Non-returnable items

Gift cards and items marked final sale can't be returned.

Damaged or wrong items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, email us at rhareathls@gmail.com right away so we can make it right.
